Store days and hours: 1st and 3rd Wednsday of a month.  12 noon until 6 p.m.

We serve the customers with a wide variety of whole grains, flours, nuts, seeds, dried fruits, llegumes, rice, pasta,  healthy snack foods and a supply of gluten free products.

From time to time there are seminars which include the Depression Recovery Program, Gluten free Cooking, 8 weeks to Wellness, Home Remedies which include demonstrations on the use of charcoal, hot foot baths etc.  You will be pleasantly surprised by our friendly and inviting atmosphere.  Come visit us on store day, we welcome new customers.
